姆露谷Muruku

材料 A:
姆露谷预调粉(Premix)
150公克
辣椒粉
1 茶匙
芝麻
1汤匙材料B:
椰浆
160公克

1茶匙

½ 粒(打散)
食油
适量做法:
把材料A放进大碗中混匀。
将椰浆和盐在锅里煮至滚,加入A料,用木勺迅速搅拌,待冷。
加入蛋液揉成软团。
烧热食油,将面团放入Muruku模型中压出圆形蕾丝的图案,放在已上油的勺子。
浸入热油中炸至金黄色,捞起沥干,待冷便竜收藏。

Muruku premix powder

Chili powder
1 tsp
Sesame

Santan
160g
Salt
1 tsp
Egg
½
Cooking
enough for deep fryMethods :
Mix all the ingredients A in a big bowl
Boil the santan and salt, pour into ingredients A. stir evenly and cool it.
Add in the egg and mould the dough.
Put the dough into Muruku mould and press it into the hot cooking oil. Fry until golden brown then can be served either cold or hot.
