香炸印度黄豆饼Masala Vadai

材料:
印度黄豆
180公克(洗净,浸2小时,滤干,蒸至软)
大洋葱
1粒(切碎)
红辣椒
3 条(切碎)
咖哩叶
2 条(切碎)
大谷
½ 茶匙
小谷
¼ 茶匙

1 茶匙
面粉
4 汤匙
食油
适量做法:
把蒸软的印度黄豆挤烂,加入其他材料充分搅拌均匀。
做成一粒圆球状,然后稍微压扁。
烧热食油,放入黄豆饼,用中火炸至金黄色为止。取出可趁热或冷食。

Onion
1 (chopped)
Red chilies
3 (chopped)
Curry leaves
2 sticks (chopped)
Jintan Manis
½ tsp
Jintan Putih
¼ tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Flour
4 tbsp
Cooking oil
enough for deep fryMethods :
Steamed the kacang dhal until soft and mash it.
Add in other ingredients and mould it in to small round dough and press it.
Fry the pressed dough until golden color and serve
